The primary function of College Mews Newbury Limited is to uphold the terms of the lease and to maintain the asset value of managed apartment blocks.

CMNL contracted Chaneys Chartered Surveyors to provide day-to-day maintenance of the lease and the physical maintenance of the managed apartment blocks.
